I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms, with a huge balcony featuring a mini garden and a view of rice paddies and mountains, were a little small for a 5-star property but had an awesome view into the valley. The gym, though well-equipped, was basically just a treadmill and a bike.

The service was a mix of experiences. While some staff like Ton, Hung, and Denh from the Restaurant, along with Vang and Muon from Concierge were very friendly and made the stay memorable, those working the afternoon-night shift were extremely rude and unhelpful.

The location offered stunning views over the valley and surrounding countryside from the room, but it felt a bit unwelcoming with the pool bar closed. It was also a short walk from central Sapa town.

I adored my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had everything I needed, including a HUGE and cozy bed. The cleaning was impeccable, and the extra dressing room space was a nice touch. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. The location may not be the best in town, but the peaceful environment more than made up for it. The dining experience was extraordinary, though a bit pricey. Overall, a great value for money.
